Date & Basic Schedule: Thursday, April 24th – Saturday April 26th, 2025

First service will begin Thursday @ 2:30pm and the conference will end at 12:00pm on Saturday.

General Information: HBCYC2025 is open to students from Grade 6 up till one year out of high school.

• The registration cost is $50 per student. Please note that Sponsors are $20 this year. (The cost covers speaker expenses, facility rentals, activities and meals.)

Accommodations: We have special hotel rates at Allure Hotel in Barrie and Hampton Inn and Suites in Barrie.

• Some billeting may be possible, but is somewhat limited.
